We Do Things Differently

Smolich and Smolich is different from other firms in the area because we have the ability to handle all aspects of an injured party’s legal issues. There are countless personal injury attorneys, but they are unwilling to deal with the difficult and complex issues of workers’ compensation. There are also workers’ compensation attorneys, but they have no experience trying cases in front of a jury.

We combine both of these skills to better serve our clients. We added a Social Security disability practice because many of our clients are unable to return to any type of work and need assistance getting those benefits.
