Logan R. Willer
About
Logan R. Willer is an associate attorney with Smolich and Smolich who specializes in Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. He is a lifelong resident of the Sacramento area where he lives with his wife and two children.
Prior to his admission to the California State Bar, he served as a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal and Hearing Representative for over fourteen years representing injured workers. He joined Smolich and Smolich in April of 2015 and has been grateful for the opportunity to expand his knowledge of the law and to hone his skills as an advocate under the guidance of the Smolich law firm.
Mr. Willer began attending school at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 2013. Balancing a full-time career with family life, he graduated Cum Laude 2017 and passed the California Bar exam later the same year. He is passionate about representing injured workers’ and helping them to navigate the Workers’ Compensation and Social Security systems.
Mr. Willer believes that injured workers’ should be afforded the ability to make an informed decision regarding his or her rights under the Workers’ Compensation and Social Security systems. This is difficult to achieve without obtaining an advocate who is competent, diligent, and committed to obtaining the best possible result for each client within the limits that the law provides. As an experienced advocate, Mr. Willer takes pride in helping injured workers obtain every remedy available under the law while assisting them to recognize the limitations of the workers’ compensation system so that they can make sound decisions regarding the management of their claim.
