Mr. Smolich earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Mary’s College in 1988. He later obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento in 1992. This educational background created the basis for Mr. Smolich’s current legal practice.

After becoming a member of the State Bar of California in 1993, Mr. Smolich also sought out a certified specialty in the area of workers’ compensation. This means that he remains current in the laws and regulations and always operates to the highest standards of professional service, as certification from the State Bar requires passing a rigorous exam and demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the law.
